Returns & Exchange

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in Australia & New Zealand. Shipping fees are non-refundable. There is a return shipping fee of $30 for returns for all other countries, which will be deducted from the refund store credit amount. The return window begins on the day the shipment is delivered or picked up.

Please review the return guidelines to determine if your purchased items are eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
  • No individual item of a set can be returned; the complete set must be returned.
  • All Bespoke orders are non-refundable.

A: We’re happy to offer store credit for all gift orders. To arrange a return, simply include the order number and a note when submitting the contact us form.

A: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s complete.
