We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. There is a return shipping fee of $30 for returns shipped from the EU and the UK, and $20 for all other countries, which will be deducted from the refund store credit amount. The return window begins on the day the shipment is delivered or picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
  • No individual item of a set can be returned; the complete set must be returned.
