We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
For ready to ship pieces please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order. For pre-order or made-to-order designs, please allow 4-5 weeks for production and dispatch. For BESPOKE pieces, please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for dispatch.During peak periods or holiday seasons, some delay may occur.

Domestic Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
- All orders are either shipped via Sendle or Australia Post.
- Domestic standard shipping delivery timeframe is usually 2-7 business days*
Domestic Express Shipping
- Domestic express delivery (1-3 business days for metropolitan areas, after processing) is available for a flat rate of $15.
- Express delivery are either shipped through Australia Post or Toll Express.
International Delivery
- We offer complimentary standard international shipping for all orders over $500.
- All international orders shipped via Sendle & DHL.
- For more details on duties or import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Occasionally, customs processing or courier delays may extend delivery times-these are rare, unfortunately outside of. our control.
- International return or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
